We work with a diverse group of retained clients across the U.S. who include manufacturers, restaurants, higher education, retail, wealth management, and sporting goods. Our services include inbound marketing strategy & implementation, strategic marketing planning, campaign planning, lead generation, customer acquisition, sales enablement, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, graphic design, video production, digital advertising, and podcast production.
Hydrate seeks a full-time or part time Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage social media marketing and video production for 6-8 of our clients.
Position Summary
The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time position and represents an important role at Hydrate Marketing. Reporting to the Social Media Marketing Manager, the Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for all social media marketing and video production initiatives. Working closely with the Hydrate team, this role is tasked with managing Hydrate’s social media for 6 - 8 B2B clients, including research, engagement, writing, content generation, image selection, video, video editing, graphics, posting on all social platforms, and monitoring social interaction.
This position involves many responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Good writing skills along with organizational skills and habits are important qualities. Candidates must be able to take initiative and work independently while keeping close contact with other team members to assure alignment in our campaigns.

As Social Media Marketing Specialist your responsibilities are as follows:
- Work with the Social Media Marketing Manager, Agency & Account Manager, Content Marketing Specialist, and Marketing Director to develop social strategies across all platforms
- Write, post, and monitor social media posts
- Monitor and respond to engagement daily; likes, comments, shares, Messenger.
- Interact with the Hydrate team to gather information and brainstorm social content.
- Maintain social media campaign schedules on Social Pilot or another program
- Build, place, and monitor ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and Pinterest
The Hydrate Marketing team meets weekly for social media marketing review and planning, so there is ample support for the Social Media Marketing Specialist both in campaign planning and content generation. In addition, team members are constantly learning new strategies for marketing and social media, and there are many opportunities for professional development.
We work in an environment that consists of remote work with the necessity for occasional office time and client visitss near our main offices in Lebanon, NH and Portland, ME. The Social Media Marketing Coordinator will be tasked with filming short videos at clients locations, so living within an hour's drive of Lebanon, NH is desired.
