Job description
Seeking professional, experienced Patient Care Coordinator with great customer service skills to join our new IV hydration company in the Orange County area.
Job Duties:
· Answering incoming calls
· Scheduling appointments
· Greeting patients
· Processing payments
· Sell products/services offered
· Front office supply inventory
Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Requirements:
· Experience in Med Spa or IV Therapy preferred, but not required
· Friendly and outgoing personality.
· A team player who is independent, and a self-starter.
· Strong computer skills
· Sales experience preferred
· Willing to treat patients with COVID/Flu symptoms
· Leadership experience preferred
· Ability to help at our Orange County locations if needed
Experience Required:
· Minimum 2 years of customer service/retail position
· High school diploma
· Valid driver's license
· Must be able to work weekends
· Excellent written and verbal customer service skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
