Summary: A Production Team Member is primarily responsible for stacking metal and following the Saw Lead’s instructions to ensure the highest productivity. They need to have a sense of urgency while maintain safety and quality expectations.
Hourly Rate: $19.50 to start; $19.75 at 90 Days
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must be willing to work any shift assigned
- Minimum of 1 Year Manufacturing Experience desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively, with fluency in English preferred
- Must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Be able to lift to 100 lbs. with a partner

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety protocols.
- Participate in pre and post shift meetings
- Maintain department housekeeping standards
- Complete STOP observations as needed
- Have complete understanding of company quality standards and standard tolerances
- Maintain acceptable levels of internal scrap- less than 1.5%
- Maintain acceptable levels of customer returns- less than 0.5%
