Job Summary: Hydro Extrusions North America (ENA) is seeking an energetic and experienced Equipment Spare Parts Manager.
The position is responsible for developing, implementing and following-up on a standardized enterprise spare parts system for Hydro Extrusion North America. This position reports directly to the Director of Reliability. The job requires extensive travel (75%), and the home office will be based in the United States.

Required Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 10 years with industrial equipment spare parts.
- Knowledge of industrial spare parts.
- Demonstrated results in optimizing spare parts inventory and standardization in support of equipment maintenance
- Preferred candidates will also have working knowledge of reliability best practices for Spare Parts Inventory.
- Minimum requirement is high school education
- Technical background/education in maintenance helpful.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Good understanding and demonstrated spare parts inventory management in a computerized system.

Demonstrated knowledge of part compatibility and suitable replacements of common items
- Bearings, Motors, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Cylinders, couplings, gearboxes, etc.
- Good Computer Skills. (Includes knowledge of Microsoft products as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project, CAD experience is preferred). Experience with computerized management system is helpful.
- Experience with Oracle or SAP is helpful.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop documented, standardized enterprise spare parts system.
- Implement standardized naming convention across all ENA sites for ease of searching across locations.
- Work within the computerized maintenance management system (MVP) to develop the enterprise system.
- Work with 3rd party to perform crib crawls at all locations utilizing best technology for part description standardization and eliminate duplicates across ENA

Ensure proper max and min levels for critical spares.
- Establish based on multiple locations and ability to share parts when possible.
- Manager critical long lead time insurance spares across ENA.
- Develop and manage process for parts obsolescence
- Participate in developing Equipment Spare Part Lists for assets as it relates to shared spare parts across facilities

Analyze storeroom performance and work with facilities to drive improvement
- EOQ, carrying costs, and other KPIs (cycle count accuracy, turns per year, stock outs, inventory value, etc.)
Ability to travel extensively.
