Job Summary :
The GBS People Resourcing Team is responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality recruitment services across North America.
The Recruiter / People Resourcing Specialist reports to the Team Lead People Resourcing West Region Manager.
Required Education / Experience :
- Associate degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years in a recruiting role with experience in sourcing
Skills / Qualifications :
- Ability to develop and forge relationships with stakeholders by providing excellent customer service for recruitment.
- Process driven and have a good understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques.
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Act as a consultant by understanding the market for technical talent and providing that insight to hiring teams.
Job Responsibilities :
- Drive full cycle recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers.
- Ensure stakeholders (HR / Managers) are informed of recruiting status in a timely manner.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans for open roles within scope.
- Contribute to continuous development of the team’s processes, templates, and tools.
- Utilize experience and knowledge of sourcing techniques to build pipelines of technical / engineering talent for positions across North America
- Provide recruitment training to hiring managers.
- Support in other team activities when needed.
- Ability to collaborate with the stakeholders to understand current and future needs for Hydro North America
- Provide insights and market intelligence.
