Summary: The Cloud Support Analyst is responsible for responding to and resolving customer requests for assistance with technical issues related to their solution.
About the Job: The Cloud Support Analyst team is the voice of our software and solution success, assisting customers as needed while they utilize the suite of Hyland products and services. Our goal is to provide exceptional technical support with world class customer service. This position requires an openness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office position in our Lincoln, NE or Westlake, OH locations. This position will require a candidate to be fluent in English and Spanish,
