What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Foreman position at Hypower, LLC.?
Hypower Inc. is currently seeking an* Electrical Foreman* to join our team.
We have multiple larger projects in southern Broward and Dade Counties. The wage range for this position is $30/hr - $38/hr based on experience and qualifications. There could also be the opportunity to work on a prevailing wage project, which would increase your base wage while you are on that jobsite.
- A valid Florida State or County Journeyman Electrician license
- Six or more years of electrical experience, with at least one year as an Electrical Foreman.
- CAD / Drafting experience is a plus (could lead to career opportunity in our VDC department)
- Excellent understanding of NEC Code requirements and OSHA safe work practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience with job scheduling, QA processes and labor production tracking.
- Proven ability to clearly define daily goals to the crew, consistently follow up on progress, train on areas they are not strong in and mentor them in their career path.
- Proven ability to interpret plans, specifications, and product data
- Proven ability to proactively identify problems/constraints and resolve them timely and professionally.
