Overview Join our team at Hytrol Conveyor Company, a leading conveyor manufacturer, where you can enjoy competitive benefits and a family atmosphere. We are currently seeking motivated Welders for 1st and 2nd shifts at our Fort Smith plant. Each role involves frequent and variable lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying of up to 50 lbs. as Welders operate and are responsible for daily maintenance of welding equipment and completing additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Welding Setting up equipment Reading complex blueprints Maintaining equipment Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training is ideal Basic math proficiency to read instructions, operate machinery properly, and record data Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints Education High School Diploma or GED required
