MPA provides after-sales service parts support for Hyundai Motors, Kia Motors, and Genesis. In addition to the distribution of genuine service parts, the MPA Accessories division develops accessories for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis - which are installed on new vehicles in the United States and Canada. 



Role Overview
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for assisting with HRIS system implementation and compensation projects. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Under the Guidance of the Compensation Manager, assist with data gathering and input for Cornerstone HRIS Implementation.
  • Auditing Job Code book/existing Job descriptions/ADP Job Codes and salary grades for Cornerstone implementation
  • Assist with Recruiting implementation
  • Assist with AON Salary Data upload (an annual requirement under the current subscription for Compensation Data)
  • Additional assistance as needed for the compensation department
Work Schedule & Travel Requirements
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Hybrid work schedule
  • Occasional overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.

Educational Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Experience Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Human Resources or Software Support role for a sizable organization or software provider
  • Understanding of compensation principals
  • Knowledge of database software, human resource systems, payroll systems, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
