We are currently seeking a skilled Welder / Production Worker for our client located in the Northside of Jacksonville, FL.
Responsibilities :
Perform welding tasks according to specifications, ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to safety standards.
Conduct welding activities approximately 30% of the time, with potential variation up to 40% based on production demands.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and operational.
Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure product consistency and quality.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Welder, with proficiency in various welding techniques.
Familiarity with operating drills and air pop rivet guns preferred.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Monday-Friday
1st Shift 6am-430pm (Must plan to stay until 430 but when not busy may leave earlier (2 : 30PM)
Rate : $15 / hr
