Who We’re Looking For:

A standout candidate to join our Electrical Engineering leadership team is someone people savvy and technically skilled who is a strong, intuitive communicator.  This position will manage a team of electrical engineers, embedded software developers and technicians to design, develop, and deliver superior solutions for all of our clients. Qualifications & Skills

  • A strong background in electrical engineering and a reasonable understanding of software development fundamentals
  • A desire to collaboratively develop new and innovative products
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • Experience with circuit design and PCB development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a natural creative thinker
  • Ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated initiative, drive, and attention to detail


Management Duties:

  • Manage staffing and productivity of the Electrical engineering team to ensure the delivery of components, functional elements, and products meet specifications and market demands - accurately and on time.
  • Set department and individual goals, facilitate development and training, conduct performance evaluations. 
  • Assume responsibility for total project deliverables, including design, development, compliance, and documentation. 
  • Provide electrical engineering, project management, and troubleshooting expertise to support teams and ensure that the safety, quality, reliability, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients with an intuitive understanding of their needs & expectations.
  • A proven track record of managing and coordinating activities of electrical engineers that are involved in the research, development, design, testing, and evaluation of electrical components, equipment, and systems would be a bonus.
