Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager at I90 Nissan located in beautiful Sheffield Village, Ohio. This is a full-time, salaried position in the Accounting Office, and will involve managing the day-to-day operations of our Dealership. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and efficiency of our office, and will report directly to the Owners of our business.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges between $65,000 to $85,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. In addition, the chosen candidate will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plan.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office, including general administrative tasks, office supply inventory, and maintaining office equipment
• Create and maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices and payments
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
• Manage payroll and benefits administration
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and suppliers
• Supervise and train administrative staff
• Assist with human resources tasks, such as recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Collaborate with the Ownership on strategic planning and decision-making processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration recommended but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Automotive office management position or accounting/finance highly recommended.
• Proficiency in Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK DMS would be suitable experience but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of human resources processes and laws a plus
