IA Interior Architects, the only global architecture firm focusing exclusively on interior architecture, is hiring a full-time Financial System Support Analyst to collaborate with the Director of Financial Systems in managing and maintaining financial data integrity in the Corporate Finance Department of multi US and international entities.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Provide systems software functionality support and training to financial staff
- Create and update documentation for financial systems
- Participate in planning, configuration and organization of future rollouts
- Act as a liaison to the IT department; i.e. resolving process conflicts and anomalies, alleviating ambiguities
- Participate in process improvements and provide additional functionalities and efficiencies
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Maintain data integrity by analyzing computer information within the ERP financial modules, perform data validation and process verification to establish accuracy and consistency
- Understand relational databases and troubleshoot between financial modules
- Function as a subject matter expert for current ERP system and other financial platforms
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- BS degree in accounting or computer sciences, or equivalent experience of 5 years
- Fundamental knowledge of Deltek Vision and/or other ERP systems, a plus
- Knowledge of EleVia PAT and Electronic Invoicing desirable
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Intermediate MS Office application skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the organization
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of Cost Structure
- Familiarity with commercial architecture, engineering and/or other professional service firms preferred
