Job Title: Wholesale Fulfillment Coordinator
Department: Operations
Reports To: Director of Wholesale Operations
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary
The Wholesale Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Wholesale Operations and is responsible for all daily tasks in their assigned area. The Wholesale Coordinator is responsible for managing wholesale accounts, executing wholesale transactions, and driving revenue growth and profitability. This position is also responsible for building effective and lasting wholesale partnerships to develop the market for company brands.
Key Responsibilities
The Wholesale Coordinator is responsible for the following:
· Providing day-to-day assistance with the wholesale team and execution of corresponding wholesale plans, including entering sales orders, generating inventory pick lists, aggregating COAs (test results), and other day-to-day tasks as needed
· Maintaining organized records of all documentation related to wholesale transactions
· Actively reporting on progress of wholesale program
· Assisting with sales pipeline generation
· Establishing a predictable and reliable cadence with wholesale customers and internally with management and other departments to ensure team development, growth, performance, awareness and transparency to progress, inhibitors and successes
· Interacting with peers and operational leadership to develop and implement improvement programs
· Creating implementation plans to support execution of company initiatives to achieve both operational excellence and business results
· Working collaboratively across the organization to develop and drive the company’s wholesale strategy
· Collaborating on and own development and communication of pricing programs.
· Identifying opportunities to optimize selling opportunities within assigned territories.
· Utilizing financial tools and analyze financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in the company’s
performance.
· Working closely with marketing to optimize promotion and product awareness.
· Potential light travel to perform certain duties

Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant combination of education and experience.
· 3-4 years of sales experience preferred.
· Proficiency with CRM, ERP, Inventory Tracking software systems and Microsoft Office tools(specifically Excel and METRC).
· Excellent presentation skills and strong written and verbal communication skills required.
· Demonstrated results in managing complex sales, sales programs and portfolios of initiatives through excellent influence skills.
· Demonstrated ability and proven track record in the driving process, efficiency and growth improvements/results.
· Big picture thinker, strategic, but able to distill functions and business interactions into the tactical/detailed process and workflow in order to drive improvement and efficiency gains.
· Effectively demonstrate analytical skills, change management and financial acumen.
· An effective and persuasive communicator with outstanding presence, presentation and negotiation skills that constantly strives for simplicity and clarity.
· Team player.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:

· Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day and rotating shifts
· Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays
· Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds
· Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time
· Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions:
o General office environment
o Extended computer usage
o Extended phone usage including teleconferences
o Work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise
