Junior Business System Analyst

As the Junior Business System Analyst, you will collaborate with the business to gather and document requirements to improve existing and build new systems and processes.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Communicate and translate business requirements to a development team
• Automate test frameworks by users to ensure that user intent is effectively captured and tested
• Develop business cases/stories for prioritization
• Develop and analyze business performance reports
• Translate technical information into a non-technical representation
• Coordinate and deliver demos of system changes under development, ensuring client satisfaction
• Provide detailed project status reports
• Assist in creating software implementation plans
• Provide timely acknowledgment of the question or issue and ongoing status updates.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in associated field.
• Minimum of 0-2 years directly related experience

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• 3 years of working with organic ERP systems
• Understanding of business and IT processes
• Understand document data flow, systems and interdepartmental processes
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
