Our client are a rapidly growing international scaleup that automates ESG data for major real estate companies. With our services, we take a large part of sustainability reporting off the hands of our clients. Given the increasing focus on ESG and sustainability within the real estate sector, we are in a phase of explosive growth.
As Sales Manager Germany, you will be responsible for building and leading our sales team within Germany. You will develop and implement strategies to strengthen our market position and achieve our sales objectives. You will work closely with various teams within the organisation and with our international clients to provide optimal service.
The ideal candidate:
- Has a minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales or business development role in real estate (Proptech experience is a plus).
- Has excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and partners.
- Proactive and independent work attitude, with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and sustainability is a plus. Willingness to travel to and from Germany.
