The QA product release associate ensures the implementation of the Quality Management System in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. He/she oversees the timely production of quality deliverables and monitors progress for final release. He/she helps to develop the quality culture across the organization by showing the added value of Quality Management integrated in the Departments and Business Lines.
- Monitor and ensure implementation of the QMS. Support its improvement
- Oversee the timely production of project's quality deliverables. Ensure QA presence on each new project.
- Review and approve product validation activities
- Review product documentation and approve pre-requisites for intermediate and final releases of products
- Perform in process quality audits and ensure corrective action follow-up.
- Develop and improve QA procedures, work instructions and templates
- Train and assess training needs of staff members on quality requirements and the IBA QMS
- Support internal departments on quality requirements
- Support non-conformity and corrective action handling
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics in lieu of degree we will consider a combination of education and experience;
- No less than 2 years of experience with Quality Systems
- Experience in internal audits required
- Knowledge of Medical Device Directive, FDA-21CFR820 and ISO 13485 preferred
- Must be computer literate; MS Office skills required
- Assertive person with very good interpersonal skills is ideal
- Working within strict deadlines with the ability to cope with pressure;
- Ideal candidate will be rigorous without losing the general picture;
- Must be a hands-on proactive person, and able to find and propose collaborative solutions
- Must be a team player;
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).
