Job Description
We are currently seeking to add a self-starter to be the supportive force that empowers our VP to execute upon our strategic objectives. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Objectives of this Role
- This role is to support our VP as directed to ensure operational efficiencies and drive growth initiatives
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support the sales cycle, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
- Manage communication between customers on various projects and tasks.
- Respond and follow up on client request.
- Perform other tasks, including but not limited to, preparing correspondence and other communications, proposal generation, file organization, research, archiving.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through
- Trustworthy to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
- Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, and prioritize and multi- task in a deadline driven environment
- Must have excellent judgment and be resourceful
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
