This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Jupiter, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Analyst will work directly with clients to deliver comprehensive and tailored financial planning solutions. You will assist in the planning process; preparing financial plans, leveraging client data, utilizing cutting-edge technology where available, and working collaboratively with clients on a personal level to deliver results. The role is pivotal for clients in achieving their long-term financial goals, and the successful candidate will meet stringent ethical and professional standards. You will also have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience trading equities and options.

Qualifications:

• Willing to pursue Series 7, CFP designation
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in financial services industry
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• A mindset of continuing education and keeping up-to-date with regulatory guidelines and industry trends

Good to have:

• Familiarity with financial planning software, such as Right Capital, MoneyGuidePro and/or E-Money, Excel and other software tools
• Knowledge of retirement/tax/estate planning, investment management, employee benefits, and risk management
• Experience with equities and options

Pay: $49,854.86 - $65,040.26 per year
