As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Manage resource forecast, billable plans with finance and month over month demand for all projects under the MyPrice/Nexxus program
- Ensure coverage of team in various capacities, including security/vulnerabilities, contract metrics (such as TTDR), release reviews, etc.
- Support innovative ideas and proposals to support of expanding IBM's footprint, especially as it relates to adjacent MyPrice/Nexxus opportunities
- Interface with client to provide program updates and status, and to address client inquiries on program status and issues
- Lead daily team synch ups, to ensure that resources have a clear understanding of their role and what is expected of them
- Provide support for first line escalations before requesting upline leadership escalation support
HCS2022
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 7 years experience working in telecom industry
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- At least 5 years experience in managing U.S. and international teams
- SAFe trained and certified
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 3 years experience working with Oracle CPQ
- At least 2 or more years working knowledge of BML
