Your Role and Responsibilities
The Business Analyst/Trainer will work on the Supply Chain and Adoption team, working with a functional team of consultants with skills and subject matter expertise in change management, training, supply chain governance, and supply chain strategy, among others. The Business Analyst/Trainer will work closely with project management, the project team leads, client stakeholders, and the project communications and training staff in establishing and operating and maintaining the project change management function for an enterprise technology implementation.
This role documents and analyzes requirements from a business perspective; defines current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions) and works with client and the IT Architects to ensure proper translation of business requirements to IT solution requirements. The Business Analyst/Trainer will also assist with designing and developing training programs, selecting appropriate training methods or activities, and providing training to clients.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Public Health, or a related field with at least 2 years’ experience
- Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking Methodologies
- Experience developing training materials
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain issues and resolutions to technical and non-technical staff
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Knowledge of and familiarity with USAID mission stakeholders
- Familiarity with commercial supply chain management applications including e2Open, IBM, and AWS
- Experience working on lean-agile squads and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Development experience in a coding language

The compensation range for this position is based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
