Your Role and Responsibilities
• Work in indirect leadership capacity to influence collaboration, communication and outcomes
• Single point of contact between various projects and internal technical teams
• Maintain effective relationships with project teams, product owners, scrum masters and design solutions
• Work with stakeholders and brainstorm business requirements and translate to technical solutions.
• Engage key stakeholders from various applications and functional areas during PI planning and execution
• Access requirement criticalities and existing backlog to provide delivery timelines to engagements
• Write epics, features, user stories with complete details, prioritize them and serve as SME
• Facilitate triage of critical issues, escalate as needed and communicate with respective stakeholders
• Groom requirements, work breakdown and estimating in coordination with development team
• Conduct Sprint planning sessions and provide project, requirements
• Track all projects progress and communicate delivery status to leadership
• Facilitate Sprint closure, demos and provide final acceptance on completed user stories
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 2 years as Product Owner and Business Analyst skills to covnvert Epics to Features and User stories
• Influence design and product owner decisions based on UX best practices, design principles and research
• Collaborate with developers to find the most effective, expedient and efficient way to implement solutions
• Collect, analyze, present and action feedback and manage changes to deliverables
• Present work in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders
• Design the visual style, interface and interaction flow of applications and experiences
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes
• Develop and maintain detailed specifications and design patterns
