As an ISV Campaign Manager you will be running campaigns and working with ecosystem partners. This position will have the global accountability to drive the ISV business within HCS, by identifying high value candidates for Red Hat OpenShift migration / modernization. It will include creation of a Global Strategy, Process, Offering, Capability, Tools, Enablement & GTM. You will provide global support across all four Geos (Americas, EMEA, Japan, AP).

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an ISV Campaign Manager you will be running campaigns and working with ecosystem partners. Responsibilities:
- Identify candidate ISVs which can be migrated to OpenShift; assist in migration
- Create specialized service areas to drive implementation services for prioritized ISVs
- Establish Managed SaaS offerings for prioritized ISVs
- Establish offerings to implement multi tenancy for select ISVs
- Enable: Business owners to secure funding & porting (e.g CEF)
- Track our progress on campaign on a biweekly basis
- Ensure offering updates are integrated in the campaigns, working closely with the offering teams and the campaign teams
- Responsible for managing program governance
- Improve our campaign effectiveness and improve broader campaign adoption
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 15 years in Software Engineering
- Knowledge of OpenShift and Containers
- Experience with cloud relevant application architectures such as microservices and full-stack development
- Experience running campaigns and expertise in working with ecosystem partners
- Experience creating global Strategies, Processes, Offerings, Capabilities and Enablement
