Your Role and Responsibilities
A Lead Application Consultant, is an experienced consultant with experience in the functional elements of a large-scale TRIRIGA delivery. They are expected to be capable of backfilling for, and providing mentoring to, any other functional (non-technical) team member as needed. They are primarily responsible for performing requirements gathering, gap analysis, creating the functional design, and performing functional review of code prior to UAT.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client; Devise an approach that fosters efficiency in system design based on best practices and application experience; Provide input into final decisions regarding design, hardware, network products, system software and security; Provide direction regarding technical and system design documentation to meet business requirements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Ability to provide the overall design for system configuration including integrations, data conversion/migration and reporting;
Exhibit advanced TRIRIGA Development and provide advisory support: Extensive experience in configuring, customizing, and developing IBM Tririga IWMS applications, including workflows, forms, and reports; Demonstrate knowledge of data migration strategies, ETL processes, and data integration techniques to ensure a smooth transition from the existing IWMS to the cloud-based TRIRIGA application;
Demonstrate familiarity with project management principles and experience in supporting project milestones, tracking progress, and addressing technical challenges during the migration process; Coordinate collaboration of technical teams to integrate the TRIRIGA application with existing client systems, ensuring data consistency and real-time synchronization

- Establish process for code management and review; Encourage utilization of methods/tools and adherence to technical standards and governance procedures; Provide technical leadership and mentorship of junior resources throughout the lifecycle of a project; Review all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements to confirm alignment with project objectives and scope.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and client management and stakeholders regarding design goals and status .
- Demonstrated experience architecting IWMS solutions in large, complex, multi-system environments across a distributed network with mixed cloud/on-prem elements.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Extensive experience as a TRIRIGA Solution Architect, preferably in large-scale implementations and cloud migrations; Strong knowledge of IBM Tririga IWMS application and its capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration options; Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and experience with cloud platforms, preferably IBM Cloud or other leading cloud providers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and identify effective solutions.
- Demonstrate and provide advisory support regarding strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to develop custom functionalities and user interfaces within the TRIRIGA application.
