Your Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone / email / chat / and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and deescalate any issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for istance and / or possible processing payments
- Track all callrelated information for and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback oncall issues
- Upsell if required
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Have excellent communications ss both oral and written
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fastpaced environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Strong listening ss
Requirements for working remotely :
- HighSpeed Internet required
- Dedicated workspace
- Able to navigate and use a computer
- Cell phone calling and texting
