Full Job Description
You will scout the best rates for housing, flights, and rental cars for our customers. Our Coordinators are responsible for researching best rates and deals in order for our customers from point A to point B. You will create a database for our sales teams to go in and find the deals you've accumulated. Eventually, we would like this person to start booking for customers as well. We are in search of someone who is organized, tech-savvy and knowledgeable in finding the best rates in the industry.

Essential Duties:
- Contact housing/lodging, airline, and rental car businesses and negotiate best rates for our travel healthcare workers.
- Cold call and/or contact businesses to get ahold of decision makers to find best pricings for lodging, flights, and rentals cars across the United States.
- Generate your own leads by utilizing social media platforms
- Create and send out newsletters 1xmonthly minimum to attract interest
- Create a database for best rates and deals
- Measure, analyze, and report on past and present industry rates.
- Work with our Client Managers and Recruiters to find where our travelers are being placed, then create a database of those locations and best travel rates for them.
- Work with our partners such as Disney, Marriott, Universal, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Expedia, Hyatt, RIU, Sandals, Beaches, Princess, Norwegian, Southwest, Frontier, Delta, American, United, etc.
Competencies:
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Exudes a strong problem solving and positive Attitude
- Able to accept and implement feedback
- Must be a SELF STARTER who shows the ability to work with little to no instruction
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in data entry and/or working with companies within the travel industry (hotels, lodging, rental cars, airlines/flights, etc.). * required *
- High school diploma is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of contacting vendors/business and acting as a brand ambassador of the company you're working for.
- Experience gathering and reporting data.
