We want a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to manage our small ice cream business. Must be able to commute or located in Port St Joe, Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Craft creative strategies for business growth.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer experiences.
- Motivate and lead our small but mighty team.
- Foster a positive customer experience and build relationships within our close-knit community.
Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial mindset. A huge plus if you love ice cream!!
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to commit to 50-60 hours/week required to build an empire.
