Essential Functions:

• Previous kitchen/food industry experience a plus but not necessary
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of urgency
• Hardworking, self-motivated and can work with others
• Good communication skills and is open to feedback
• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
• Excited to be a part of a small team creating high end cannabis products
• Must be able to work well independently, as well as with others
• Employee must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines, shower prior to shift, wear supplied PPE and coveralls at all time supplied by employer.
• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sterility of workspace at all times.

• Must work well with others and be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure and technique.

Job Specifications:

• All staff must understand and implement the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the company.
• All staff must have a basic understanding of Marijuana laws, rules and regulations set forth by the state and Maine OMP; a pursuit to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws is appreciated and commendable.
• Fundamental knowledge, as well as the ability to be taught and guided in areas related to the creation of high quality edibles and concentrates;
• Maintain a neat, clean, sterile and orderly work environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must pass any and all required background checks
• Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry

• Must be able to obtain an state Office of Marijuana Policy ID card.

Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.
