Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in Dialysis to join our healthcare team. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Your role will involve closely monitoring patients, administering dialysis procedures, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Duties:
- Perform dialysis procedures according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their overall condition during dialysis sessions.
- Educate patients and their families on dialysis treatment plans and self-care practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans for dialysis patients.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to dialysis treatments.
- Participate in patient education programs and support initiatives for promoting wellness.

Experience:
- Prior experience in dialysis nursing or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with discharge planning, inpatient care, and acute care settings is advantageous.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures, ICD-9 coding, and pediatric care is beneficial.
- Experience in specimen collection processing and dialysis techniques is a plus.
