Job Posting for Department Administrator at Icon Information Consultants
Position: Administrative Support - Environmental Health and Safety
Shift hours: 8 am to 5 pm (Mon-Fri)
Location: Minden, NV
Assignment length: 12 month contract with possibility for permanent placement.
Pay: 20.00/hr.
In this role you will:
Provide administrative assistance to the HSE function. Maintain third-party HSE database(s) with all requirements for customer-facing work.
Maintain internal HSE systems (data entry) to ensure regulatory compliance. Manage invoice and purchase orders: support HSE communication needs, report generation, and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of practices and procedures of the department.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Ability to meet stringent deadlines
Good organizational skills.
Customer service focused
Work well in a team-oriented environment.
Skills/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years office experience.
Basic computer skills
Proficient in MS Office software packages
Gensite, Intelex, and ISN Networld experience a plus
Self-motivated
