ICON International is on the lookout for a Broadcast Services Specialist in our Fort Lauderdale office!
As Broadcast Services Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation and execution of media campaigns. The Broadcast Services team effectively communicates and secures commercial airtimes directly from tv/cable & radio stations for the Local Media Department. The Broadcast Services Specialist will also support our Media Team with basic Media Associate tasks and billing as needed.
Required skills/qualifications:
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to produce accurate work.
- Strong data entry and computer skill with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid communication skills, both oral and written.
- Adept at initiating phone conversations with media vendors.
- Must be a team player and the ability to work independently.
- 4- year degree not required
