What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trainer position at ICONMA, LLC?
- Responsible to learn, master & share the latest creative technology & software with client's global design organization.
- Training lab classes cover a broad range of creative design related topics and skill sets, from beginner classes to advanced workflows.
- This position’s current focus is 3D modeling and visualization using Alias & VRED.
- Delivery methods include in-person training, online delivery & standalone video content. Class lengths can vary, anywhere from 1 hour web-seminars to 4-week in-depth courses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong teaching experience (3 years in technical field).
- Ability to build effective relationships within and across departments / age groups & knowledge levels.
- Versatile coaching style.
- Automotive experienced helpful but not required.
- Previous role as: Digital sculptor (3D Modeler), visualization artist or designer in a production studio a plus.
- Passport is required. Few trips in a year are expected both nationally and internationally.
- Client is a Creative Design organization who is seeking an energetic, adept & savvy technical instructor to join the training lab team.
