Workamper RV Field Technician REQUIREMENTS
Class A RV Motorhome (strongly preferred, will consider other arrangements).
Minimum of $1M General Liability Insurance must be maintained.
Team of two is required for certain tasks (such as running water and verifying matching meter)
Outdoor work in all types of weather for long periods daily.
Work requires use of ladders to access roofs of commercial buildings (up to 25-feet).
Must be proficient with technology such as iPads, laptops, and cell phone applications.
Site survey data entry, property inspection, and RV Workamper travel requires working outdoors on commercial properties in all weather, including sometimes dealing with animals, bugs, or other elements found near shopping malls, warehouses, and commercial buildings.
Workamper RV Field Technician ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Experience Dry camping / boondocking strongly preferred. RV Workamper teams may be on commercial sites (such as shopping malls, warehouses, office parks) for multiple days at a time.
Attention to detail and accuracy: Following client-specific instructions, find, survey, and enter data without errors to ensure quality and credibility of site survey property inspection plans.
Technical proficiency: Daily use of iPads, cellphone apps, laptop computers, laser measuring tools, 3D cameras, aerial maps, and software for data entry, surveyor mapping, and reporting.
Organizational and time management skills: Meet RV Workamper travel and project deadlines, prioritize tasks, and follow instructions without oversight to meet goals.
Problem-solving and adaptability: Find solutions to unexpected issues while traveling and performing data entry, adapt to changing commercial property inspection circumstances.
Professional communication skills: Superb writing and speaking skills, including excellent spelling, grammar, and diction are paramount to succeeding in this role.
Workamper RV Field Technician DESIRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in property inspecting, surveying and data entry: Prior experience in similar roles is strongly preferred. Data entry and prior experience with RV Workamper travel work is a plus.
Strong work ethic and self-direction: Independent work without direct oversight, effectively handling ambiguity and making sound decisions, as well as being self-motivated.
Teamwork and collaboration: Experience working effectively with remote colleagues and on-site clients, communicating promptly and professionally, and collaborating to resolve issues.
Resilience and ability to handle pressure: Resilience and composure while working outdoors to inspect and survey properties and perform data entry under tight project deadlines.

Workamper RV Field Technician PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Physical work in outdoor elements frequently bending, digging, climbing ladders.
