There will be a Saint Alphonsus Grad Nurse Residency Placement Interview Day for Spring 2024 graduates in January. Things You Should Know Our residency programs have a few requirements that must be met prior to starting: Must have an Associate or Bachelor's degree (We LOVE our Associate degree Grads!) An Idaho RN license (some units require secondary licensure in the state of Oregon). Some units are accepting temporary licenses to allow you to start earlier!
