General
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a passion for knowledge spanning two or more subjects central to the program. In addition, they must demonstrate flexibility, energy, positivity, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills. A background working with kids and teens, and/or camp experience is highly recommended. The ideal candidate would have completed 2 years of college. Applicants under 18 will not be considered. Based on work location, candidates may be required to provide proof of vaccinations, including for COVID-19.

General
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
- Set up and tear down dynamic learning spaces, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Lead check-in activities, guide families, and manage paperwork.
- Plan engaging indoor and outdoor activities for students.
- Connect with families during interactions.
- Escort students to dining halls, covering up to a mile.
- Assist with additional tasks as directed.
- Deliver curriculum to small classes of around 8 students.
- Encourage students to meet curriculum goals.
- Enforce safety rules and behavior management techniques.
- Supervise and maintain a safe environment.
- Respond to critical incidents and document as required.

PAY
The pay for this position varies by work location:
- California: $17-$19.50/hr
- Colorado: $18.50/hr
- New York: $16/hr
- Seattle: $20/hr for day staff, $1,200/week for staff working overnight schedule
- Other Washington locations: $16.50/hr
- Other locations: To be discussed in interview
- This position is eligible for 401(k) once eligibility requirements are met and other benefits as required by state or local law.
