Junior Recruiter

We are actively seeking to hire a Junior Recruiter to assist our Recruiters with identifying top Sales talent for our Tax Resolution firm.  This will be a full cycle recruiting role (reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens in order to prequalify and in person interview process.

The ideal candidate will bring 2 years of experience in high volume recruiting for Inside Sales candidates.  Must be willing to learn, coachable and a team player.

Overview of Expectations:

•   Work closely with Director of Recruiting and Recruiters to identify top quality candidates for sales roles.
•   Deliver the ultimate candidate experience.
•   Sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal of fulfilling the company's hiring needs.
•   Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a pipeline of qualified active and passive talent.
•   Full lifecycle recruitment process, starting from posting, sourcing, and onboarding.
•   Effectively utilizing various resources, creative methods, and originality in your recruitment strategies.
•   Highly organized and efficient with a strong sense of urgency.

Core Competencies:

•   2 years of full cycle Recruiting for Sales
•   Experienced with recruiting for sales roles required, preferably in the financial sector.
•   Knowledge of employment regulations, HR policies and procedures as it relates to employment/staffing.
•   Outstanding communication skills; written & verbal.
•   Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills.
•   Experience using web-based recruiting platforms, ATS, social media, and other relevant tools for candidate sourcing and lead generation.
•   Willingness to learn.
•   Easily adapts to business needs.
