Core Responsibilities:
  • Partner with client/internal business owners to gather, document, analyze and prioritize business reporting requirements.
  • Map business requirements to source data structures and develop data models from data located within multiple data stores.
  • Standardize data collection by developing methods for database design and validation reports.
  • Provide application analysis and data modeling design to collect data for centralized data warehouse.
  • Partner with IT teams to identify and centralize data for all reporting and analysis needs.
  • Design, build and maintain dashboard visualizations using BI applications such as Domo to enable marketing decision-making and optimizations.
  • Analyze report data for accuracy and report on potential quality errors.
  • Provide regular communications on the status of assigned items, both currently being worked and those in the backlog.
  • Identify growth opportunities for client/internal teams to advance the agency analytics team and competencies
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years of experience with a business intelligence and/or data integration platform such as Domo or Tableau a must
  • Solid understanding of database architecture
  • Ability to use SQL for data extraction as well as data preparation and normalization
  • Excellent analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with competing deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Proficient with cross-departmental collaboration and demonstrates excellent leadership capabilities
  • Strong presentation skills for leading client/internal meetings discussing organizational data, optimization recommendations and advising on future directions
  • Capable of working within a diverse, global workforce while maintaining a consumer-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation Package
Your compensation will be a combination of salary and company benefits, including health insurance, 401(K) company match, weekly paid discovery, and volunteer time options, hybrid-of remote and in-office either based in Phoenix, Arizona or Portland, Oregon.
