Responsibilities
Responsible for defining, planning and coordinating local Quality plan, based on Global FI Business Unit Quality Plan, aiming to meet the objectives defined for all activities performed by the local entity : Service center, Sales, Customer Service, IT and technical support. Report on quarterly basis deployment plan progresses : achievements, key actions and risks
Drives the Quality performance within the site to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to the objectives defined for the site :
Promote and develop Quality methods, tools and mindset within all departments
Ensure deployment of applicable documentation and supports operational teams in the application of IDEMIA procedures and standards
Monitor KPIs and trend, propose action plan and drive its execution with proper reporting internally and to customers when applicable
Ensures that KPI and process Reviews are performed on a regular basis and are effective (including action follow-up)
Organize and performs staff Quality training
Drive actively the customer and internal complications process (with the appropriate methodology)
Supports team on 8D on significant complaints and challenges until the experience feed back
Coordinates the quality certification activities in the site :
Leads internal and external quality audits ; establish and coordinate action plan
Establishes the entity annual audit program with entity stakeholders to ensure process compliance and effectiveness
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with the group guidelines
Is the site CQM primary contact – Is responsible to report any major change to the Corporate CQM primary contact (= BU Quality director)
Authority
Authority to stop any process whose Quality level is insufficient compared to the customer requirements based on strong risk and impact analysis – Reports & escalate decisions and manage action and recovery plan to resume processes
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelors in engineering or manufacturing Required –Master preferred: - Experience : 7 years minimum in industry, 3 years minimum in Quality
Knowledge of risk analysis
Knowledge of ISO9001 management system and ideally CQM
Proficiency in Quality tools (8D, 5 Why’s, Poka Yoke, Control Plan, QRQC/QRCI, Short Interval Management, FMEA, NPI/Drive) .Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt is a plus)
Experience in audit management (certified auditor is a plus)
Local language English (read, written, spoken) mandatory
Soft skills
Strong interpersonal skill and leadership
Synthesis skills & able to communicate effectively with others : good listener, speaker and writer ; delivers concise and clear contents
Able to lead teams, under direct management or not
