What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Business Process Improvement Specialist, Portuguese & English position at IDEXX?
Our Global Customer Operations Business Support team is looking for an energetic Bilingual Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our growing team. You will work closely with our Brazil Commercial Operations teams, identifying opportunities to improve our effectiveness in providing IDEXX products and services to our veterinary customers.
Are you fluent in English and Portuguese? Experienced with Lean business process and improvement methodologies?
The right candidate can be located near our World Campus in Westbrook, Maine or 100% remote. If remote, all onboarding, training, and collaborating will be done virtually.
What you can expect:
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with demonstrated ability to effectively resolve conflicts, lead through a network of relationships, and drive both simple and complex projects to resolution.
You should have experience serving as a lead business process change agent to drive change and infuse the use of Lean and other process improvement methodologies at appropriate levels of the organization. Experience working with and leveraging data, reporting tools and analytics will be critical as well in this role.
You should have experience teaching problem solving methodologies and be comfortable managing the process of selecting, scoping and prioritizing improvement projects including careful review of resource utilization.
We need someone with a high ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization and have a proven track record for explaining a process to leaders and developers/analysts. You’ll need experience capturing complex requirements to meet business objectives and be proficient in functional design documentation.
Finally, you’ll need to possess excellent communication, facilitation, teamwork and presentation skills as well as strong decision-making ability
