Job Description
Immediate and Permanent opportunity for a Health Plan Systems Analyst with a Healthcare organization local to Austin, TX.
The Health Plan Systems Analyst will act as a liaison between the IT Department, business stakeholders, and vendors, and help facilitate the migration of healthcare into a data warehouse. Examples of data include payer to payer, interoperability, 834 file, etc.
*This role offers a Hybrid schedule in Austin, TX*
Required Experience:
- 3 years’ experience in Health Plans operations
- 3 years’ experience working within health plan data
- 3 years’ experience translating business requests to data warehouse teams
- Must have experience Supporting data within SQL Server or MySQL or NoSQL or PostgresSQL (From a liaison standpoint)
- Must have at least an Associate’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer, Science or related field
Nice to Have Experience:
- SCRUM, AGILE, and/or ITIL certification preferred.
- Experience abiding by HIPPA, HRSA, NCQA, and other state/federal accreditation requirements
