Workday Integration Specialist

This role will be 2 days onsite, and 3 days remote each week.
Responsibilities of the Workday Integration Specialist :
- Create and deploy Workday solutions for Human Capital Management (HCM), and Finance & Procurement.
- Configure and edit Workday processes, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, departments, and leadership.
- Validate and reconcile data from a variety of sources to ensure reliable report outputs.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Workday solutions.
Required Skills for the Workday Integration Specialist :
- 4 years of experience in Workday integration development, and strong HCM and Financial Module integration experience.
- Create integration in Workday with EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformations, and Workday Studio.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with integration technologies including Web Services and APIs : (WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Java.
