- Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Copyright Registration Coordinator : *
- Examine & register audio and audio-visual product (both digital & physical) with U.S. Copyright Office using the Copyright Office's online eCO system.
- Review artist and license agreements to determine copyright ownership & registration responsibility.
- Search U.S. Copyright Office website and internal databases to identify pre-existing copyrighted works.
- Create copyright memos with notes for each release.
- Required Skills : *
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to successfully utilize multiple programs simultaneously excellent multi-tasker very organized time management skills and ability to prioritize Self-starter, resourceful & motivated
- Must be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Interest in music Available to work overtime as needed
