Remote Clinical Recruiter

IDR is seeking a Remote Clinical Recruiter to work on a project for a healthcare client of ours. This position is 100% REMOTE. If you have experience sourcing and recruiting candidates, and you are looking for your next opportunity, then apply today!

Responsibilities for the Clinical Recruiter:

• Support staffing of all clinical requisitions (RNs, LPNs, Physicians)
• Execute sourcing strategies based on individual market requirements
• Work with hiring manager to understand job requirements
• Assess candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
• Provide a great candidate experience throughout the interviewing process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Leveraging data to drive recruiting decisions, sourcing strategies and quality of hire.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in clinical or healthcare recruitment
• Proven experience with sourcing, candidate identification, compensation analysis, offer proposals and offer negotiation, pre-employment validation, etc.
• Experience managing up to 20 openings at one time
• Demonstrated ability to hit key hiring metrics
• Experience utilizing sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)
