Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Senior Payroll Analyst :
- Prepare and process full cycle bi-weekly multi-state payroll for over 900 Team Members across the US.
- Review and verify the accuracy of time information and employee data changes in Workday.
- Confirm retro calculations that are processed via Workday for accuracy.
- Ensure payroll processing accuracy through audit reports, data analysis, and collaboration with other payroll team members and people managers.
Required Skills :
- Workday payroll experience required.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
- Minimum three years administering payroll in a high volume, multi state, multi-company, environment.
- CPP certification highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Teams, Word, Outlook. Advanced Excel skills including pivot table, v-look up.
- Must have high integrity and handle HR & payroll information with high degree of confidentiality.
- Solid understanding of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements as well as payroll best practices and HR policies.
