IDR's client is seeking a Telecom Support Specialist to join their growing team in Atlanta!
Onsite with Travel- must be local to Atlanta, GA!
Responsibilities of the Telecom Support Specialist include :
- Administering the migration and support of new video conferencing platforms
- Supporting mobile device management (MDM) including device maintenance
- Troubleshooting complex audio and video conferencing activities
- Performing all VOIP moves, adds and changes
- Managing multiple telecommunication projects simultaneously
Required Skills / Experience for the Telecom Support Specialist Include :
- 5 years' experience in Telecom and Audio Visual support
- Experience with switches, routers, Centrex systems, Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP)
- Experience with Mobile Device Management including AirWatch
- Additional basic IT support experience with networking, hardware, and software
