In support of Marketing’s mission and key objectives, you will interact with internal business units and external agencies to understand the requirements of various digital metrics reports and be responsible for the execution of ad-hoc digital analytics reporting. You will help execute content updates and program launch deliverables across our websites and QA all development to ensure accuracy, compliance, and user journey is optimized across our digital web/mobile experience. You will improve our online reviews standing across the various platforms and ensure our directories are optimized to drive conversion and visits to websites to reach business goals.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of digital tasks, projects, and initiatives
- Work with development team in sprint cycle and perform proper QA to ensure all website copy, projects and assets meet quality standards
- Prepares and communicates web analytics and Key Performance Indicator reports to team members and management
- Content updates across various websites (WordPress)
- Prepare, produce, and delivery weekly- and monthly- marketing reports
- Assist with performance reports and ad hoc analysis as required
- Facilitate, monitor, and strategically respond to online reviews across various platforms (Yelp, Google My Business, etc.)
- Ad hoc marketing assignments as required
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
- Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to drive that thinking into actionable plans.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including

- Capacity to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Prior experience working in a direct response, performance-driven marketing team
- Must work well under pressure and be able to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
