The Microsoft Dynamics Developer will be responsible to develop, test, deploy and provide technical support & solutions within Microsoft Dynamics. This candidate will be working in-house to develop Microsoft Dynamics for company use in all areas from Finance, Inventory, Payroll, HR etc. This is designing and development from the ground up with Microsoft Dynamics. IES is a construction-based business so understanding how billing, inventory and finance work within the industry is a huge plus. Should be able to work well with co-located and distributed team members, including vendor resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert within all aspects of MS Dynamics to include technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and system upgrades.
- Experience in design and development of MS Dynamics
- Create system documentation
- Work with anyone including third parties to develop software applications based on approved design
- Testing all solutions to ensure intended functionality for company consumption
- Creates, develops, and produces technical & mapping documentation
- Periodically reviews system to ensure company needs are met; identifies possible modifications as required
- Provide coaching and mentoring to developers assisting with enhancing MS Dynamics software
Specific Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of design, development experience with MS Dynamics
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
- Ability to manage time and deal with multiple priorities without close supervision as well as working both independently and with a team
- Strong understanding of MS Dynamics 365 and the capabilities it provides
- Experience is Customizations, JavaScript, C#, .Net, Html, SQL Server, SSRS including Plugins, Scripting, Web Services with an extensively strong .Net application development background
- Strong knowledge developing SSRS reports using MS SQL and FetchXML, Building, Configuring and structuring forms, Views, Dashboards, Workflows and Processes for all new and existing applications.
