Data Entry Clerk

Job Description

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES Residential, has an opening for a Data Entry Clerk. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. This is a full time, 40 hour per week position.

Responsibilities:

· Enter variety of data using current technology

· Prepare and sort documents for data entry

· Review and enter data updates in the systems

· Review discrepancies in data received

Qualifications

· Previous experience in data entry or other related fields

· Excellent typing skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Skilled in MS Excel

· High accuracy

· Bilingual a must is a plus
