What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP IBP PPDS Business Process Manager position at IFF?

We are now looking for a motivated individual to help shape our SAP IBP planning transformation. This is a critical leadership role within the IFF global planning COE and will drive significant savings related to PPDS implementations across IFF global footprint.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify, map, and implement improvements and support the SAP IBP implementation, specifically PP/DS
- Engage and ideate with local sites to drive scheduling optimization and PPDS build out as a part of overall IBP program. Focused on value creation to deliver benefits for IFF
- Help translate business requirements, manage scope and complexity, drive testing sign-off, etc
- Develop and implement business processes and systems that close gaps in current ways of working and deliver higher plant throughput capability
- Lead workstream projects and use project management skills to structure, describe, and present complex issues/solutions
- Work with technical teams to design and configure SAP S/4HANA within the EPP/DS and IBP domain
- IFF planning lead for ePPDS technical design, construction, testing, and delivery of the system based on the Functional Business Requirements
- Provide functional and technical perspectives to the core workstream, as well as integration with other modules
- Develop/Manage detailed system configuration and testing to meet the Functional Business Requirements
- Develop workflows, troubleshoot issues, and train super users/end users on system usage
- Facilitate business sessions, gaining technical alignment between priorities, requirements, design, testing, training, and project steps to ensure successful deployment and stabilization
- Complete tasks as assigned by Leadership Team while working independently
- The role requires attending some mandatory on-site travel (~25-50%)
Job Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Manufacturing & Supply Chain processes and their integration with SAP systems and IBP
- Strong experience designing and implementing business process and optimization within SAP MPS(PP/DS) modules
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex SAP engagements/implementations including all phases of the project lifecycle, from Discover, Prepare, and Explore to Realize, Deploy, and Run (SAP Activate Methodology)
- Solid understanding of Process Orders, In Process Inspections, Silo Management, TSW Framework, and integrations (i.e., PP with PP/DS, IBP with PP, PP with FI)
- Superb collaboration and communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements to resolve issues, develop enhancements, or implement other projects
