Job Title Content Editor Job Description Join the game-changers: Calling passionate Web Editors to apply for this exciting opportunity at IG! Update, maintain and publish content across IG Websites. Ensure quality and timely input in various languages and types of content such as News, main pages, Help and Support and IG Academy. Collaborate with a large variety of business areas such as SEO, Local Marketing, Translation, Devs and a lot more to support IG business' goals. What you’ll do: Updating and implementing new web pages as required across our global websites. Publishing articles prepared by our copywriters and SEO team in a timely manner, matching our standards and in-house style guide. Inputting content in multiple languages prepared by our translation team and coordinating sign-off before publication. You’ll use Adobe Experience Manager mainly, Drupal and other tools used by IG to deliver the right content to the right place at the right time. Identifying gaps and opportunities for website improvements (issues, copy, design, UX, SEO, etc.). Working with multiple stakeholders including compliance, product, design and SEO. Refine work to meet their requirements and those of our global offices. Regularly checking and assessing IG websites for quality, accuracy, and consistency in line with IG’s house style, digital brand guidelines and tone-of-voice. Staying up to date with website trends, technologies, and functionality. Requirements: An experienced Web editor who has previously worked with a CMS, preferably AEM. A delivery-conscious and flexible worker, used to changing priorities, with the ability to work to and juggle tight deadlines. A keen collaborator, with the ability to build working relationships, both within the immediate team and across an organization. A detail-oriented worker with an eagle eye for any issue or gap. An effective communicator, who is able to express ideas clearly and concisely. Someone with an interest in the dynamics of the world of financial markets. A digital thinker, with a passion for keeping abreast of new trends and technologies. Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages are beneficial (Arabic, Dutch, Italian and/or other European languages). An eagerness to learn new tools and content systems and input into process and system improvements. A self-starter with a desire to develop and a willingness to learn about IG Group’s products and services.
